At Scout Talent, we’ve built a strong culture from the ground up and sustained it for more than twenty years.

Once a quarter, we all come together to celebrate and recognize each other’s successes at our Quarterpalooza! This celebration night is a great way for our team to relax and socialize, enjoy some rewards and recognition, and then drink and dance the night away at a themed venue.
We’re proud of our national home-grown charity, Healthy Workplaces. We run two initiatives as part of the charity: Step Forward and Tour de Office.
The latter is an intra- or inter-office indoor bicycle relay event wherein our employees cycle to raise money for charity. Tour de Office reflects our founders’ and leaders’ values of corporate philanthropy, health, and wellness.
Similarly, Step Forward is a wellness initiative and fundraising opportunity that focuses on increasing your daily step count and encouraging friendly competition with your team.
Have you ever ridden a seaplane over a private lake for lunch in Whistler, or cruised on a yacht in Hawaii for a Luau on a secluded beach? What about jet boating and bungee jumping in New Zealand?
